The Sporting Goods Manufacturers Association (SGMA) has recently released new information on the sports participation trends and most popular activities among women, men and seniors. According to SGMAÂ¹s Superstudy, women prefer non-competitive activities, men favor fitness-related activities, and seniors over the age of 55 seem to prefer fitness and individual sports activities.
