M*A*S*H’s Larry Linville: Another Victim of Cigarettes

Larry Linville, who played the comical character Maj. Frank Burns on the hit television program “M*A*S*H, died April 10 of what his New York Times obituary called “complications of pneumonia.” Linville, who was 60 years of age, had part of a lung removed in 1998 after doctors discovered a malignant tumor.
